Chat (IM) Plugin For MY PHPFOX SITE

I need some one who is expert in PHPFOX and did some work in past, I need a chat module as like google plus with "off the record" , "Chat History" "Video Chat" , "Audio Call" and others it will be looks like same also in a short form I need a chat module almost like Google Plus for my site which is developed with phpfox 3.5 Version, I need a chat form that can be used on mobile also. You know PHP fox has also an IM but it is too slow and its message doesn't come fast so I need it also very fast and real-time. So The Requirement is : Chat Module must be Real-time in a week server also it must be speedy. Need a mobile version. And it must be secured. Chat module have option to import friends from facebook and google for example you can see cometchat ([login to view URL]) I need some options that's why I can change its position from admin panel on my site. I need two or 3 theme for this chat module. This Chat module must have "off the record" , "Chat History" "Video Chat" , "Audio Call" and etc facilities.
