Coding full ioffer.com clone script + full admin panel + new web design + help in script installation + feature script support

Im looking for someone who can code ioffer script for me. I don't need any free nulled clones that I can find on the internet, but fully coded script from zero. :) Script must be coded professionally and must be safe (to protect against hacking etc...DB inject ). Im not looking for people who want to cheat me (if u will try u wont be paid, so dont waste your time!). I need only fair, experienced coders. Script must have SAME features as ioffer have. If u don't know what features [login to view URL] have then visit [login to view URL], register, login and check it... :D Im not gonna write here about all functions that script should have (as I said you can easy check it on [login to view URL] - I need ALL functions and SAME functions as they have). And of course script must have referral system.
