Comparisons Website

We are looking for a developer to code the comparison, billing and email engine of a comparison website. The site works by a customer entering 3 basic fields of information which will the display a table of results. The customer has the option to filter the results by set criteria and to select suppliers before moving to a further comparison page. Once happy with choices the customer can request quotations from their chosen suppliers. Once submitted with relevant information emails will be sent to suppliers and a transaction will be registered in database. Require back end administration area, budget controls and billing reports. We would like this project done within 2 weeks. If it is done within this period of time to a good standard we will pay a bonus.
