Complete unfinished site PHP, My SQL, Site is for members only. There are 3 membership levels. Pay and improve membership levels from Free to Silver to Gold. Outline of some issues include; 1- Fix bugs like: a. Not remembering members who have paid to go to higher membership level. b. Able to send e-mails and receive e-mails. 2- Fix the search and view issues: a. Free members last priority in search – Not to see others postings contact and detail information. b. Silver members to see part of postings – Not to see free ones details – Second in search. c. Gold to see all but free ones – First in search 3- Complete the back end program to allow for changes, design change, addition of space for advertising, skin change and management reporting. 4- Build site security: a. Away from hackers b. Send password to members 5- Others as comes up. Like making sure all pages for posting adhere to the same format and a good format. Making sure flow of program is right. For example form home to membership to sign up. Payment – Only and only when the site is fully functional and ready for commerce at my designated site. To bid – You must prove to me that you are really hungry for this project and that you really want this project and capable of doing the job. I need proof. Otherwise don’t waste my time. There are a lot of others who will be glad to do the project. Timing – I need this done in max 2 weeks. You get paid in full if you finish it in 2 weeks. In 3 weeks you get 75%. In 4th week you get paid 50%. In 5th week you are fired with a bad comment against you and with $0.00 pay even if you are very close to finish. No matter what the excuse is for delay. Don’t bid if you have too much things to do. My policy is that you finish on time no matter whose fault and why. No nickel and dimming either. If you are going to ask for a bit more if you do this small thing and that small thing, do not bid. Who should bid – I do not want those who subcontract to some one else. I want to be on IM telling the bidder what is wrong and have it fixed as we are on IM. Communication – I am on the IM evenings at USA Pacific time. Do not bid if you cannot be on at that time to ask your questions.
