I need someone who can design a questions bank website similar to that of Kaplan Q-bank ([login to view URL]) or USMLEWorld Q-bank([login to view URL]). The websites should have links to question banks for several examinations. Each Q-bank will have questions categorized by subjects, and computer based simulation test features.
