Hello,
I have a wordpress website in Italian.
As for now I am using a free online contact form that I put in my site.
* I want to desighn a new contact form that will be professionaly designed and will attract users to fill it out.
* The contact form must be php\html that will be able to be inserted to the sidebar of my wordpress site.
* The contact form must send an Email to me once the contact form s filled and must include the info filled.
* The form will have have about 6 feilds and 1 drop down list pick.
* the form must be once in the sidbar and once in a whole page display.
* I need GOOD DESIGN
