Convert ptifo forum to phpbb3

Hello, My friend has a huge forum in Arabic [database size: 3GB] he needs to convert and upgrade his forum to phpbb3. since his forum works on ptifo forum [login to view URL] based on phpbb2 which is dead. I don't have experience with phpBBl, the current database is not huge only but the encoding is old and he wants to convert the current one to utf8. once you finish it, you need to apply the current design of the forum on the new one which will be converted. - We don't want to lose traffic, so I think what we need to do is 303 redirect - Friendly SEO links - After you done we need to add social buttons for each page and post in smart way. so if you have the ability to convert the forum please send me now.
