Convert a ready CSS web template to Drupal Theme

Hello, Basically I need somebody to convert my ready website template to a Drupal friendly template. I am having a Drupal 6.X site running. I have a landing page with CSS and html files. I need a Drupal expert to suggest to me a way to incorporate this landing page into my Drupal site. It can be a stand alone theme show in "/admin/build/themes" then use Drupal to edit the copy writing in the landing page. Otherwise the content can be incorporate into the theme (I do not prefer this method). If possible i want to use Drupal CMS to edit the content in the landing page. Because i can use Drupal SEO modules to rank my landing page based on my keywords. That means this landing page will become a piece of content in my Drupal CMS. Please suggest a good way by following Drupal best practices to do this. Keep in mind that i will have more than 1 landing page.
