Create Adsense website generating 20$\d

I am looking for an experienced website developer and SEO expert to create a website that generates 20$ daily on Google Adsense. Payment is guaranteed and will be released only when the revenue is stable and ABOVE 20$ per day for 40 days in a row. Before bidding, please ensure that you can meet the following requirements. - You have actually done it before and can prove it. (PM the proof when bidding, everyone who meets the requirements will be contacted) - Provide overview plan before starting the project. Could be any niche topic but it must be approved by me before starting the work. - Cannot involve anything related to adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling, warez or anything that is not acceptable to the adsense Terms Of Service. - Must be original and SEO optimized with frequently used keywords - SEO Marketing as needed and required - Must consistently generate at least 20$ per day. - Must be a standalone website. - All copyrights must be assigned to me in writing - No copyrighted images allowed in the website. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic. (no bots or bought traffic) - Decent level of English is required. (For communication with me, but I guess that if you're reading this you are OK) All the following criteria must be met: 1. The site must generate at least 20$ per day with Adsense. FULL Payment at day 40 of reaching goals. No partial payment. 2. Website must contain unique content with unique posts/articles for a year, meaning 52 articles saved as drafts. Strictly no copying from the internet, I will check, don't try to fool me. If this isn't relevant to your type of website or topic please explain why, and how you are going to generate traffic instead. (I'm open minded, surprise me) 3. My Adsense & Analytics account must be used. 4. Only legit traffic. No fake traffic\bought traffic\bots\any other blackhat method. Will be checked and if suspected will be reported to freelancer.com. (Don't try me, there are plenty of people who don't care.) 5. You will be responsible to provide the SEO optimized content and fully configuring the website. I will provide the following: * Google Adsense\Analytics code for ads & stats. * .com\.net domain of your choice. * Linux webhosting. (WordPress compatible) * Required adsense reports. I will not fool, trick or hide information. You can see your progress yourself. * OPTIONAL: If the website needs a CMS I can also install a clean WordPress\Joomla for you if you choose to use it. NOT REQUIRED, you can use any CMS you choose and are able to install and maintain. Private CMS is allowed for the long term only. If you are looking to only meet the criteria and walk away - please use WordPress\Joomla etc. Please note that if your website doesn't use any CMS then you can use whatever system you develop or choose. ************************************************************************************************************************ If you want in for the long term, as long as the profits are 20$+ daily, I offer monthly 8% of the website's Adsense income (At least 48$ a month if it's 20$ a day) for full website maintenance including new content, updates for CMS, required moderation etc. If satisfied with the maintenance and profits, possibility to maintain my current 10+ running websites for (Negotiable) percents of the adsense profit. ************************************************************************************************************************ I will pay the bidded amount only after I see constant income in my adsense account as specified above AND the first payment from Adsense arrived and confirmed.
