Create a website script To Send notify of jobs, and allow acceptance

Please see attached document for a formatted version of the description below. The purpose of the script will be to secure staff for an exam. Some of the key features will be: Automated emails to staff letting them know of an available job at the exam. EMail will have a link with random ID that will bring them right to their account to confirm they want to work the exam. Email will have a link with random ID that will bring them to a page saying they are not available (and stop emails for the job) Email will also have a link with random ID to unsubscibe to the emails Email will also have a link bringing them to a page showing all upcoming jobs. Emails will be handled through {tags} and editable templates. Emails will be sent based on x days prior to the job. For example. We will need to be able to send one as soon as the job is set up, 20 days prior to the job, 15 days prior to the job, 10 and 5. Emails will only be sent if there are still openings for staff. (must be able to edit days on admin page) ALL LINKS IN EMAIL SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY LOG PERSON INTO SITE BASED ON UNIQUE ID NUMBERS/STRING. IF THEY WANT TO ACCESS ANY OTHER PARTS OF THE SITE OTHER THAN ACCEPT JOB, NOT AVAILABLE FOR JOB THEY WILL NEED TO INPUT PASSWORD. Automated emails after staff is approved for job Send email as soon as admin approves staff for the job Reminder email to staff that has been approved for the job reminding them of the job 4 days and 1 day prior to the job. (must be able to edit amount of days on admin page) Automated email to admin Send email when there is pending staff requests to take a job Send an email summary of all jobs and the current staffing level (staff needed, approved and pending for each category) Send email when a new account is pending Create new account page User will add Name, Address, Phone, Email User will check off of the job categories qualified for. User will then be taking to a page saying their request is pending. Admin interface page. Create jobs based on date Job needs to contain Start Time Date Location Special instruction/Notes There are 4 categories of staff needed for each job Need to be able to add, delete and edit categories Determine how many staff are needed for each category Approve staff for the job after they confirm they want to work Sent automated email confirming After job date, allow admin to check off if they attended Edit staff Add, disable or remove staff Edit permissions (admin, staff) Determine what categories they can work Keep track of jobs history Edit Name, Address, Email and Phone Add notes to staff. Only visible to admin Edit email templates New job posted Automated emails about upcoming job Automated emails after staff is assigned the job New user accepted Admin email with summary of status of jobs Admin email with summary of unsubscribed accounts Add staff by importing CSV file Send unscheduled emails to all, specific job(s), or categories Staff interface page Allow them to put in for a job Allow them to edit own information (email, address…) See history of jobs done Web Portal Allow staff to log in Allow creation of new account ALL PAGES MUST BE EASILY VIEWED ON AN IPHONE OR ANDROID PHONE.
