Creative Designer with excellent Wordpress skills

We are looking for a highly creative designer / designing team with excellent word press skills to work on one of our existing websites. The requirements are: 1. The designer must be very creative 2. Should be proficient at designing very attractive, professional and cleanly done websites 3. Excellent skills with Wordpress This is a small project, but the project demands creativity and skills more than anything else. Also, completing the project within deadline would be important.
