Customer Account Creation (Magento & Google Checkout)

When we were using OS COMMERCE for our cart, we had an extension installed [login to view URL],4556/ This would give the customer an account on our site for them to track the status of the order, even if they didn’t have an account to begin with, and placed the order not logged in. User: Pass: 842394823489 Please change your password after Right now the customer who orders from us and isnt logged in, can not check the order unless they go into google checkout, making our site for them useless. We need to be able to add orders to customers accounts, have customers create new accounts and be able to "find" their orders and "link" them to their account. We also need to be able to move the orders to their account so they can track them. If they were to link them, we would need to approve the linking, otherwise people would be able to see others orders and thats not what we want. We need a solution for all the orders that have been placed already and all the orders that WILL be placed. UPDATE: We have already had a developer start this project and we have all their work. They are no where to be found, no contact with them in 2 weeks. Half the work is already done. Note: We would like to have people be able to log in with their facebook account or twitter account in order to view their orders and take actions. We would also like a way to add orders to customers accounts, if the integration did not catch all of their orders. So we would be able to add order 100015456 to John Dos account.
