Customize my wiki

I had to pull this project down because my account's balance needed to be adjusted. Anyway, we need some advising & customization to our wiki. Basically, we're using MediaWiki for a big project. We want someone to help us customize it to look better & also to take advantage of the columns on both sides for potential advertising later on. We also need an expert in wikis to tell us if any of the following are better or worse than MediaWiki.
