Dashboard Application

This specification is for a web-based application that serves a common dashboard to multiple clients(companies). This project implements global and client user administration as well as the management of company and location information. It also implements a company/role/user-based messaging capability. Functional views (charts) associated with the dashboard are NOT in the scope of this project. This application will be accessed through the public internet and hosted on a web server. This application should be built using mysql and php, leveraging a php framework such as cakephp or codeigniter as well as an authorization framework (such as flexiauth or ion_auth if required). Accordingly, the code should follow a module/view/controller (MVC) method. The finished application consists of 8-12 screens, organized into three menus. See the attached specification for detailed requirements including a full screen inventory.
