Database Directory Script

Hi, Looking for a experienced developer who can help me build a database directory that can be used with multiple sites. I would like to have exclusive rights to the script that is developed and be able to resell it if I choose to do so. The script will basically be a business directory, allow business to input custom information about their business: hours, coupons, directions, owner comments etc.....also allow on the front end to search the directory by zipcode and by state/city....the script should be clean on the front end (going for a simplistic approach)...and on the backend should be customizable to allow paid directory users certain benefits which free directory users are not....etc.... I would guess best language for the script would be PHP mySQL but open to whatever scripting language the developer thinks will work great.....
