We need the development of a news site with many sections and admin panel for quick upload of articles,pictures and youtube links for each of the articles.
The news site must allow readers to create account and not just comment the articles and news, but also upload their own news in a separate section.
We need a platform that would have all standard functions of a news site plus the above mentioned.
We would appreciate if we get offers from developers that already have created similar sites or have almost ready platforms to implement quickly. Please, show us ready examples of the site you offer.
We would need all the menus and administrative part of the user accounts to be translated in cyrillic.
