business quote database

im looking for a website that will allow members to select what type of quote they want via drop down. for example they select from drop down menus -> the type of quote(kitchen) the area they live in (london) there budget, then when they finally get to the secton they want a list of busienss will appear then they tick which business they want to contect, then they send them there details and a message. then in the other section for advertisers a business can join the site select how long they want to advertise for.
