It is simple webseite where user will post offer, read offer, ranking other users and an adminstrator will be able to make specific operations from the administration area. - In order to be able to post an offer user must have been registered. - Posted offer will be published automaticaly after payement of the required feed via paypal but an offer can also published by given the autorisation from the administration panel or can be unpulisched from the admin panel - A posted offer or reseach can be read by every user but the contact of the anouncer can be restricted to be available only from those user which have paid a fee for that via a paypal or from those which have been allowed by the administrator ....It all the basic stuffs regarding a car sharing plateforme. The detailled specification is present. For the project it will be suitable to user an existing framework like yiii, zend or other since using an CMS can be very challenging but the developer muss decide what is better appropriate for ihm to achieve the work.
