I want a classifieds ad site with a simple lay out. I want the option to be able to charge customers for posting ads. I want the ability to charge via pay pal and google check out also i payment. I want to be able to change for any section of my choice at any given time and should be optimize with google ads. must have a lot of categories. I will provide the list. this site is going to be targeted specific to an african country with 50 states. I want their to be an anonymous email option. i also want to be able to block ip address. I want captcha's for posting ads and creating ads. I want users to have the option to purchase ads for multiple locations and categories all in their control panel. also I want the script to detect automatically duplicate ads. I want to a spam filter. If the filter picks up spam I want the ad to be ghosted. the theme of the site must easily be changeable as I will be creating a theme for all seasons. I want a lot of features with this site. let me know every thing you can do how much you will be charging me for your services and how long it will take you to get done..
