My requirement is to build a website to manage 1000s of entities. These entities will have a display page which will show some static information as stored in DB. This page will allow users to upload some contents under specified menu items like - images, configuration etc. This display page should also allow to flag an event related to the entity… Now all the events for the particular day should be shown on the dashboard/home page. It would be nice to have a map view for the entries which have events for a day.
Now, There are multiple themes available around it in wordpress, however customization is certainly required in this case. I am also contemplating joomla instead of wordpress. I am open to any as long as it matches most of the requirement. I am NOT looking for a development from scratch.
Please bid for it only if you have experience with customization for wordpress/joomla themes. Timeline will be strict.
