displaying sql results on web page

I want people to choose from drop down menu characteristics of product and based on chosen characteristics get result (which is price). [Example] We have three different types of bags that comes in three sizes So that we have following PRODUCTS table in SQL: Type Size Price Product1 Big 150 Product1 Medium 125 Product1 Small 100 Product2 Big 250 Product2 Medium 225 Product2 Small 200 Product3 Big 350 Product3 Medium 325 Product3 Small 300 Products come in different colors and materials. So that we have two more SQL tables. Colors and materials affect prices. So final price depends on chosen color and material. SQL Table COLORS: Color Price adjustment Color1 5% Color2 10% Color3 15% SQL Table MATERIALS: Material Price adjustment Material1 5% Material2 10% Material3 15% [Task] Web page contains four drop down menus and three free cells: Dropdown menu 1: site visitor chooses Product type Dropdown menu 2: site visitor chooses Size Dropdown menu 3: site visitor chooses Color Dropdown menu 4: site visitor chooses Material Free cell 1: name of site visitor Free cell 2: email of site visitor Free cell 3: age of site visitor (let us put this as dropdown menu too please) After choosing all product parameters and filling data into free cells site visitor presses button “Get result”. Button is only clickable if all cells are filled (alternatively we just can say, that result will be displayed only if all free cells are filled and choice from dropdown menu is made). After clicking button: A - new web page pops up with table of results __________________________________ Product type: Product 2 Product size: Big Product color: Color3 Product material: Material1 Product price: 302 __________________________________ * Not need to display following on page. This is to show how 302 is obtained in example: ROUND [(Product2 Big) * (1 + Color3) *(1 + Material1)] = ROUND [250 * (1 + 15%) * (1 + 5%) ]= ROUND [ 301,88 ] = 302 B – email message is sent to site visitors email address with the content of popped up web page Sql tables should be protected with password – “ABCXYZ” All tables are not real. So I am asking to do this task to use it as example for me. I will be doing real tables myself. I ask you to show all codes (php/html5/?) so that I can just replace tables names in coding and use code to create web pages.
