a new form in drupal

Hi, We have urgent requirement to do few things in a drupal website. here are the requirements. 1. In drupal application, in registration form we want to add a field "School Name", when user start entering school name it will start showing matching school name in the database. user can select one school name from the list to save school name in the registration form. 2. Next to School field name, we would like to add a link "Add your school", if a user found that his/her school is not in the database. He will click on this link, which will open a form, this form will have following fields: School name, City, State, Zip, contact person name, phone no, email address. When user fill this form and save it will be saved in the database and site admin will get an email that new school is added. Now user will able to enter this school in the registration form. Its a very easy task for someone who knows drupal very well. Expecting this should be one within a day, if you can do it in a day or two thenonly bid it.
