ASP / SOAP Library

I am a software engineer that is very comfortable with ASP/Database applications but have been assigned an application where I have to send data to a SOAP server.? I have never used a SOAP interface and would like help with this. Essentially what happens is that I have to transmit a street address to a server using SOAP. The SOAP server validates the address and can potentially come back with a correction to the address. What I specifically want is an ASP file with a handful of functions that I can call from my ASP application that handles the communication with the SOAP server.? I have included some function prototypes of what I want, a WSDL file for the API to the SOAP server, and documentation from the SOAP provider.? The API allows that transmission of a ‘residential’ address and an ‘enterprise’ address. We only need to develop the interface for the residential address transmittal.
