ActiveX for SpeakJet

I need an ActiveX that can use the serial port to send data to the SpeakJet ic. [login to view URL] This ActiveX needs to be able to appear in the vb6 toolbox window of a person who wants to use the SpeakJet from a vb app or other language that supports ActiveX. You can find a program that currently sends serial data to the SpeakJet via the MSCOM object in the user group. Once the ActiveX is done, this program will be modified to use it instead of direct serial control. The main function would be a "Say" method that would send a given string of data out the serial port. Other functions like ClearBuffer, Reset, Pitch, Volume, etc need to be methods and things like serial port and baud rate need to be properties. The Selected coder(s) will be send a SpeakJet as a bonus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Can be in any language so long as the resulting ActiveX can be used in any language.
