Baby CRM in access

I need help immediately (today) to solve some coding issues with getting my application to work. ? I'm in Pewaukee. ? I'm pretty much a dangerous beginner. ? Issue 1: Using unbound forms, how do I cycle through the fields and capture any field changes and then write those out to an audit table. ? I can send current save code that I need help on. ? Issue 2: I am using Active/Inactive status on all records instead of having them delete records. ? How do I write code to prevent them from making a child inactive that is used in multiple levels above. ? THere maybe follow-ups to these. ? I suspect it may be 2-3 hours or so.
