Borland Delphi Zip Program

I am looking for a zip function wrapper for the zLib interface written in Delphi AND the accompanying program. Download the ZIP file attached to this bid for additional instructions. As I could not fit all the information into this bid. Please try to use: zLibEx for Delphi [login to view URL] or something similar, anything else MUST be open source and or FREEWARE for commercial use or you MUST give me the rights to use it. The function and program MUST be 100% zip combatable when complete and be able to be opened by the native windows operating system as a compressed folder no exceptions. You may also use the the JVCL Version 3.32 compress decompress routine if it is equally zip combatable. THIS MUST BE 100% VCL CODE NO DLL's !!!! you can link in C OBJ's to the exe but NO DLL's !!!! The code must be commented. You do not have to comment every line but you must describe what a function does. The finished program will compress files and recursive though directories and allow the file to be saved with ANY file extension the user chooses. The program should also have a GRAPHICAL interface to display the files inside the zip file with options to add or delete files & folders.
