Create private nameservers with 1and1 and associate them in whm

I have a web server running on CentOS 5 (on a vps). I have Cpanel/Whm installed on it. Everything is setup and I can access the website account trough the IP address. I have a domain name with [login to view URL] and I want to create private nameservers and make them work with my whm panel. I already created 2 subdomains on 1and1 ([login to view URL] ; [login to view URL] and associated an IP address to each one of them, then used them as nameservers for my domain.) Unfortunately, I'm still not able to access the website trough the domain name. I need someone to check the WHM panel, make sure all settings are right and make the nameservers work. I need this to host other websites as well. I need someone experienced to make everything work right in a short amount of time.
