Custom membership management system

We are looking for an individual programmer; please do not respond if you are a company. For this project we are require the following qualifications: • Technology experience o HTML o PHP o MySql, PostgreSQL o Java o Perl o Unix, Linux o CVS • Proficiency with creating secure web applications • Good writing and documentation skills • Excellent debugging ability • Capacity to work using limited system specifications • History of meeting deadlines • Ability to follow instructions of project manager • Availability for IM chats during business hours (9-6pm Eastern Standard Time) • Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies • Attention to detail • Focus on usability and good design Good performance on this project will likely lead to future opportunities. This project is to design an innovative and cost effective membership management system for a non-profit organization. A good design may use a combination of custom programming and off the shelf applications. We are looking for creativity in addition to strong technical skills and a good personality. We look forward to hearing from you and thank you for the time and consideration given to our proposal. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully functioning files checked into our CVS repository a) php/java files for code and html b) sql files to cerate and populate the database c) other application files as needed d) technical documentation including database schema These files must build and deploy using our build process (makefile) on our server. 2) A fully functioning application that resides on our server and meets the functional specifications listed in the attached documents. 3) Installation and integration of any off the shelf applications required for the project. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
