C# Proxy Settings Changer/Manager

C#.Net DLL to change the IE Proxy Settings. It does not need to be a proxy server itself or manager, just have the abilities to change the proxy settings IP and Port. There is a requirement that the WebBrowser compenent of .NET follow these settings as they change. Before bidding the coder should be familiar with technologies such as? [[login to view URL]][2], and other technologies of this kind as this is an initial project that will require expansion over time to work with multiple anonymous services of this kind and it is preferred that the same coder be able to continue with the project.
