C# Windows GUI (.NET) Submit Data To Server (HTTP) (POST)

I am learning C#, but time is a thing I lack alot. If someone can help me out by making this fairly simple application I would really appreciate it. I am willing to pay around $50 for it. What I am shooting for is a windows gui application (not console and not webpage) written in C# (must be c#) that will have a form dialog box that will ask the user for there name, when they hit a button, it sends there name as a HTTP POST to a script (at some url, I can define in the code) and then it reads back the response from the HTTP POST and tells the user in a status and/or messageBox() window. Should be fairly simple, as fas as how it should work, it should be identical to the following html code: [....] [form name="somename" action="someurl/[login to view URL]" method="POST"] [input type="text" name="name"] [input type="submit" value="Send Data To Server"] [/form] [....] I do have a few absolute requirements though, since I am using this for my own learning and developing, and I will take this program alot further, I just need the base. This must be written and designed in MS VS NET 2003. It must be written in C#, please comment the code well. If someone could do this, would be greatly appreciated.
