c# project needs small tweak

I have a web biased log in system written in part in c# when it was transfered over the a new windows 2003 server everything working except the client being able to log in, the user names and passwords are being entered into the access database however the password box just keeps coming up. I assume its a permission issue although I have been unable to locate the issue.
