Add image to wordpress blog pages

I would like to insert an image under the header for blog posts in all non-static pages in my wordpress blog.
I only want this image in blog post type pages, and all of my static pages to remain UNCHANGED!
I must still be able to create static pages whenever and not have the image apear in these. I would also like to be able to change the image myself in the future.
I want the image to a separate page, and link through to "[url removed, login to view]"
Please see the attached for example of where i want the image inserted.
The image to insert is call "[url removed, login to view]" and is attached.
