Buddypress to Buddypress content migration

To migrate users, posts, tags etc. from a WPML Buddypress Wordpress website to a new Wordpress Buddypress installation, with no WPML. The actually site ([login to view URL]) have around 1000 posts and 780 users. Both posts and users have some extra fields (see attached file for user's extra fields). We need the post's extra fields discarded, but we have to keep the user's extra fields, including the avatar. Also, the post images of the actual site are html-embedded, while in the new site should be migrated as featured images. The new website will be ready by August 17th and we would like the porting to be done between August 20th and 21th. We will give the awarded developer all the tools and passwords in order to be ready for the porting by the specified date.
