Create customer login database

We are a company that creates custom made videos for clients. Currently, we use email to remain in contact with our clients/receive job information, send invoices on a separate website, host the videos on another website, and send them to the clients using dropbox or yousendit. For this project, we would like a customer login database which will help streamline our business. This database would include account creation (with Aweber integration), a form where clients can order videos (select a few options from drop-down menus, enter some information in some fields), automated invoicing, an area to view order history, and an area where the client can download their completed video. We would also like the ability to view client information, check and see which jobs are outstanding or completed, and add private info to accounts.
