What I need is a proof of concept mobile web app built. It must run on iOS 4.2+ and Android 2.1+

1) Images have been provided of the desired end result. I can provide images of each piece of needed.

2) POC must use or imitate [url removed, login to view] for a follow along floating header as shown in first PNG

3) POC must use or imitate [url removed, login to view] to acheive the second PNG

The idea is that the user can scroll and header with logo will always be at top.

Once click, the logo and rest of page will slide down, revealing menu as shown in PNG 2.

A second click on logo while hide menu and return UI to state shown in PNG 1.
