Blog communitty service for collecting sent by plugins activate through the blog admin. User community.

This project will be very large scale and will need to be released in 2-3 roll outs. The scheme of the project: The website will collect comments sent to it by blogs. How it works: Every comment submitted by the blog will be sent to the server and stored under the comment author's email. The service would be similar in function to That service is for spam blocking but from what I understand the comment is sent to the server and processed for spam. The service I propose would be very similar, the comment author, email and comment would be sent to the server and if the comment authors email is in the DB because the user has signed up for the service the comments are stored and applied to the users account. Features for the registered user: All the comments that the user wrote from the blogs with the plugin enabled would be stored on the server. user can serch, tag his/her own comments. RSS feeds will be proved of the comments. JavaScript includes created for the user to include on an external site. User has the option to make comments available for other registered users to search and view for non-registered users. Features for the non-registered. Homepage would have a tag cloud and search box so you can view comments of the registered users who enabled their comments to be vi sable. Back end. Nice clean interface to admin users and filter out comments from non-registered users views on the homepage. The DB will need to be optimized for millions of submissions and queries simultaneously. The system will also need to be scalable so if there is a need for additional servers it would work without a problem. Additional features would need to be applied so the system would HAVE to accessible for easy upgrades and additions. I have some features I am currently working out and will add them through the process of completion.
