We are looking for a car insurance comparison website. Website will also sell car insurance. We would like to have website in Wordpress using mysql database. We are looking for reliable programmer with experise in similar projects.

Customer process would be as follows;
1) Users enters key car and holder information on form, some information is selected by dropdown box from database: Car information(make, model, year, birth date), Claim information (years without claims,years with license, claim discount) , holder information (birth date, email).
2) Assurance Premium is calculated based on questions and options selected. Data can be retrieved from many different sources online:
o By webservice
o By scrapping from webpage
o From database
3) User gets assurance comparison table with price and assurance details for each assurance company
4) Customer can "buy now" and proceed to gateway or have link to assurance website
5) Document (PDF) is generated based on information provided and emailed to customer
6) Customer can also access document under their “Account Page”
