The unique features of the website include a diet diary(food database), weight loss tracking, exercise log, exercise video wiki, workout designer, and text trainer. This website will be a membership website based on a monthly fee basis. Please include a list of similar jobs and projects you may have done. ## Deliverables The real key for our project is that there would have to be a workout constructing kind of feature to the website. I can provide customized workouts and the website would simply pull pieces of these workouts and compile them with workouts for stretching, plyometrics, etc to make one workout completely customized. another absolutely necessary feature is a "text trainer". This text trainer would send a text message to the clients cell phone. The text messages would be a simple question like, "did you eat what your meal plan indicated for breakfast?", they would receive this text question around breakfast time, another around lunch time, and dinner, and also around their scheduled workout time. Their responses can be a simple yes or no, no explanation necessary. If the majority of their responses indicate that they are complying for the most part with their exercise and diet diary located on their membership page, then would receive a summary text at the end of the day stating something like, "according to your text trainer responses, you are following your weight loss plan very well. Keep up the good work and you will reach your goal on schedule". In the event they don't really follow their exercise and diet plan they would receive a text saying something like, " according to your text responses you aren't really doing what you need to reach your goal according to schedule. You really need to get on track and be more disciplined if you are serious about accomplishing your goal!".
