Coding a designed website

I have designed a website in Adobe Illustrator, I require someone to make this a functional (working) website. I have a domain name and someone to host the site. I will supply all the artwork in Adobe Illustrator and all the images as well as comprehensive instructions as to how I wanted the site to work. There will be some animations and transitions as well as some forms. Basically I want the site to work smoothly, quickly and functionally and that is why I need you otherwise I would do it myself. ## Deliverables The Pdf attached is a Mockup. The design will remain the same just the text will change. I will require the main logo on the front page to scale down (transition/animate) to the smaller size on all the other pages The forms once filled out will have to become emails and be sent to specified email address The menus will have to animate and slowly "bounce down" they will need to have a semi-transparent background so they can be easliy viewed above whatever is behind them on the page. I want all the links to be active. phone numbers, URLs, email address's
