Company Website, Instant Bonus and Future Work

*This project is now for the design of the homepage. Requirements will be for creation of banner and design of this page. If the project is successfully completed, a new project will be created for the remainder of the site. Seeking assistance for creation of company website. I also have several other projects. I need all-in-one person/company that I can rely on for each of these projects.
