This project is for Florida based PHXX.

I need an API built in SOAP, should be a relatively simple project. Includes retrieving and inserting sanitized data to and from various databases for a project involving STB devices (set top boxes).

The project requires 1 day onsite at our Orlando, FL (Longwood) office to get a schema orientation from our lead developer.
