Consulting: Need a Mambo expert of CMS Guru

We're seeking an experienced Content Management System guru -- somebody who can answer these questions with knowledge and experience backing them up. **To bid, you should:** Be able to speak English fluently; have experience building templates for Mambo CMS, AND/OR know Content Management Systems like the back of your hand, **and be available to consult with us in the next 12-24 hours after closing of bid. This project will take approximately ONE hour of your time.** **In your bid include:** Brief listing of why you're qualified to consult for this projec, and URLs of CMS controlled websites you've worked on. **Here's what you'll be doing if you win the bid:** 1) Help us determine in the next 24 hours the right strategy for building a website (all the information about this site is listed in the attached document).
