Convert template from table to CSS layout

Convert the attached template from table layout to div and CSS layout - also make template look and layout reasonably with variable number of top and side navigation items. This template will be used on a system that dynamically generates the HTML and the number of top level tab, side menus, and page content will vary from page-to-page. The new layout must be able to correctly handle a variety of content. Once initial layout changes are made I will test with a variety of content and supply statyc html pages that demonstrate any problems with the layout. Revised layout should validate as XHTML strict and CSS using W3C tools ## Deliverables The template will be ported to a WidgetWeb server and generate html menus and content dynamically. Existing template contains flash version of page - bidder will only modify static html version of template.
