The coder that I select for this project must complete the entire project within 2 weeks of the date assigned. The coder must also inform me the day before, of the page or section of the site that he intends to work on the following day every step of the way, so if the coder will be working on 2 pages the following day then he will let me know. This will allow me to prepare a detailed instruction page as to what the final page should look like and what functions should be included in that particular page or section. If you are awarded the bid, I will need you to post to this forum your start time and end time, and you must put in an 8 hour day each day minimum. SO this means you MUST NOT be working on any other projects. Coder will be responsible for providing their own hosting environment for the development of this project. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. 4)The timeline for this site is very important. If the worker does not meet the requirements for the timelines or deadlines, whatever work they have done must be submitted to this post on Vworker, and all posted work will become the property of the employer. The employer will own the copyright(s). 5)If worker falls behind the deadline, worker will not be paid and employer will select a new worker immediately. (If you don't think you can meet the deadlines, please do not bid, or ask that the deadlines be re-negotiated.) 6)If this project ends up going to mediation/arbitration, and the worker loses the arbitration, then all project files, programming, images, etc. become property of the employer without compensation. (The employer will own the copyright(s).) ## Platform Classic ASP, or asp.net MS Access 2000 database and whatever other technologies are needed to do the transitioning effects of the whole site fading to black while a form is submitting.
