Database (MySQL) Synchronization

Hi, I have a task related to database. Which i am explaining. The task description is as follows ---- We have two travel portals. These two travel portals are hosted at server – [login to view URL] have used PHP at front end , and MySQL and backend. These portals are built on MVC Smarty [login to view URL] make bookings for the travelers through these travel [login to view URL] a traveler books an apartment through our travel portal , the arrival and departure information is updated in MySQL [login to view URL] have around 12 apartments in one portal and around 65 apartments listed on other, We have listed these properties on other travel portals also .Now what we want is that whenever an apartment is booked by any traveler through some other travel portals, then the same booking details should get updated in our MySQL database of our two travel portals also.
