Design and CSS on Cakephp

Hi, We are next to launch our new website over cakephp and we need a help to do the webdesign and make the layouts and css. We have a first idea of the design but it need to have a designer touch. (we have exemples of websites who looks good). Today, we have this layout to do : - Home - backoffice for the client - other pages.
