Designing Templates for an Online City Guide

I am looking for a really talented designer, someone understands the web, usability, and navigation. As a city guide we feature high end luxury hotels, restaurants, fashion boutiques and spas. I need the sites template to be designed and then I'd like to populate three pages; the landing page, the search results page and the details page. Once the first section is approved, I'd commission the rest of the pages, approx 15 in total. A full and comprehensive brief is attached, DO NOT BID without reading it. I have put really specific instructions on the information I want from each bid, if you ignore it, I will delete your bid immediately. I want someone who pays attention to detail, that appreciates a well written brief and someone who can turn my words into really great design.
