Develop a web service that: accepts add/edit/delete/list commands for provisioning of conferencing services. Service needs to make calls to 2 existing COM functions and then return either XML or URLEncoded request string. API for web service already defined but not yet coded. 10 functions to be available from web service. user must provide userid and password which must be maintained in a new MS SQL table. 2) develop html interface to access web service via a browser. Visual Studio 3.0 available for authoring. Code must be written in VB
