Automatic backup application

We need an application, written in PHP, that takes automatic backup of databases and the various folders, including sub folders, on a web server. The application must do the backup and then download the result to a specific server outside the ISP. There must also be a back end GUI that allows the user to specify the database names and the folders to be handled by the application. I guess one can schedule the database backup using the already existing backup tool in the CPanel, and just backup the database dump. In the GUI one also has to be able to specify the server to download to. Here comes the catch: The database names, folder names and information about the target server can not be stored in database tables, but must be stored in some kind of configuration file. It must also be possible to do only one of the two tasks, either database backup or folder backup. The application must also generate reports of the jobs done, and must generate an e-mail if errors occurs. Only candidates with similar development experience will be evaluated.
