Several areas of the site need to be re-done, such as header editing in the CSS, spots for monetized ads, and a general clean up where I will provide you a list of about 10 items to revise, all considered simple fixes. Once complete, this will be a template for several other sites. I will need this template duplicated for 3 other sites, change colors of the site, change the logo (I will provide it) and load it on Wordpress. Looking for low budget but nice work.
